New South Wales: Little Conwong

This unofficial naturist beach is situated in La Perouse National Park, Botany Bay and looks towards Bare Island. This is the only beach in the southern area of Sydney where people can go nude bathing. Hopefully this beach will be legalised for nude / clothes optional bathing in the future. It is a pleasant sandy beach, cleaned by the incoming tides. No facilities directly on the beach, but toilets near the parking area. Access: It is a pleasant drive from the city to La Perouse, taking about 20 minutes. Arriving at La Perouse the first beach on the left is Conwong Beach. Park your vehicle facing the beach. Little Conwong is the second smaller beach. Walk across the first beach to the rocks where you will find a well maintained track that leads to Little Conwong Beach. By public transport: The number 394 bus leaves regularly from Circular Quay for La Perouse. The bus stops at Conwong Beach.
